The process of learning to coach

The process of learning to coach can be tough. Not that coaching itself is hard. Many aspects of coaching are easy for people. Coaching, however indicates a certain POSITION or POSTURE. The posture of a coach has a level of control, superiority, and 'bossy-ness' to it, so for some people it takes a while for the ego/confidence to catch up with the skill set. The skills may be there, but if it's not backed up with a level of confidence, you'll loose the impact of the skill you are using to effect someone.
